Sagedane m\u00f5\u00f5tmine annab hea \u00fclevaate veresuhkrut m\u00f5jutavatest teguritest, mis omakorda aitab diabeeti paremini kontrollida. Antud s\u00fcsteem v\u00f5imaldab avastada veresuhkru k\u00f5ikumisi, mis \u00fcksikute veresuhkru m\u00f5\u00f5tmiste korral v\u00f5ivad j\u00e4\u00e4da m\u00e4rkamata. Samuti annab seade hea \u00fclevaate \u00f6istest veresuhkrutest uner\u00fctmi h\u00e4irimata. Parem \u00fclevaade veresuhkru k\u00f5ikumistest aitab diabeeti p\u00f5deval inimesel ja tema ravimeeskonnal optimeerida raviplaani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sensor sisestatakse naha alla spetsiaalse sisestajaga ning kinnitatakse nahale plaastri abil, selle k\u00fclge omakorda kinnitub saatja. Sensor m\u00f5\u00f5dab gl\u00fckoosisisaldust koevedelikust. Enamik gl\u00fckoosisensoreid p\u00f5hineb elektrokeemilisel meetodil, sensorid kasutavad gl\u00fckoosoks\u00fcdaasi ens\u00fc\u00fcmi, mis reageerib gl\u00fckoosiga, tekitades elektrilise signaali. See signaal m\u00f5\u00f5detakse sensoris ja teisendatakse gl\u00fckoositasemeks ning kuvatakse traadita \u00fchenduse kaudu vastuv\u00f5tja ekraanil. Vastuv\u00f5tja peab olema inimesega koguaeg kaasas (kotis, kinnitatud riiete k\u00fclge, \u00f6\u00f6kapil vms), toimiv vahemaa s\u00f5ltub tootjast.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On oluline m\u00e4rkida, et kuigi pidev gl\u00fckoosimonitooring on t\u00f5hus t\u00f6\u00f6riist diabeedi haldamisel, ei asenda see t\u00e4ielikult traditsioonilist s\u00f5rmeotsast vereproovide v\u00f5tmist gl\u00fckomeetri abil. Gl\u00fckoosisensorid v\u00f5ivad vajada kalibreerimist (s\u00f5ltuvalt sensorist) s\u00f5rmeotsa vereproovidega ja nende t\u00e4psus v\u00f5ib varieeruda. Pideva gl\u00fckoosimonitooringu tehnoloogia on pidevas arengus ning igal tootel on omad erisused. M\u00f5\u00f5tmiste vahelisel ajal puudub patsiendil \u00fclevaade veresuhkru k\u00f5ikumistest. Erinevate uuringutega on kindlaks tehtud, et gl\u00fckoosisensorite kasutamine annab paremad ravitulemused nii <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/diabeet\/insuliin-ja-sustimine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">insuliini s\u00fcsteravi<\/a> kui ka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/diabeet\/insuliinipump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pumbaravi korral<\/a>. Diabeediravi meeskonnal on parem \u00fclevaade veresuhkrutest ning seega on ka ravi juhtimine efektiivsem.<br>Gl\u00fckoosimonitooringu korral on v\u00f5imalik vaadata veresuhkrute v\u00e4\u00e4rtusi graafiliselt, samuti n\u00e4itavad seadmed trendinooli, mis n\u00e4itavad veresuhkru muutumist (stabiilne \u2192, t\u00f5usev \u2191v\u00f5i \u2191\u2191, langev \u2193 v\u00f5i \u2193\u2193).<br>Andmete vastuv\u00f5tjas (lugeris, mobiiltelefonis v\u00f5i insuliinipumbas) on v\u00f5imalik seadistada alarme, mis annavad teada, kui veresuhkur on t\u00f5usnud v\u00f5i langenud \u00fcle v\u00f5i alla m\u00e4\u00e4ratud piirnormi. Antud funktsioon aitab ennetada diabeeti p\u00f5deval inimesel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/diabeet\/korge-ja-madal-veresuhkur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00fcpo- ja h\u00fcpergl\u00fckeemiaid<\/a>. Alarmide seadmise p\u00f5him\u00f5tteks on, et alarmile j\u00e4rgneks veresuhkrutaset m\u00f5jutav tegevus, st madala alarmi puhul tuleks s\u00fc\u00fca s\u00fcsivesikuid sisaldavat s\u00f6\u00f6ki ning k\u00f5rge alarmi puhul insuliini s\u00fcstida v\u00f5i liikuda. Alarmide seadistamine on individuaalne, sobivate piiride seadmiseks tuleks konsulteerida diabeediravi meeskonnaga.\u00a0 Alarmide liiga kitsas vahemik v\u00f5ib tekitada liigset stressi ja v\u00e4simust.<br>Osade tootjate seadmed v\u00f5imaldavad lisada pereliikme(d), kes n\u00e4eb diabeeti p\u00f5deva inimese veresuhkru v\u00e4\u00e4rtusi distantsilt, oma mobiiltelefonis. Tuleb meeles pidada, et sensor m\u00f5\u00f5dab veresuhkrut nahaalusest koevedelikust, gl\u00fckomeeter aga kapillaarverest. Sellest tulenevalt v\u00f5ib esineda sensori \u201eajaline mahaj\u00e4\u00e4mine\u201c, eriti siis, kui veresuhkur t\u00f5useb v\u00f5i langeb kiiresti. V\u00f5rreldes gl\u00fckomeetriga v\u00f5ib olla selline \u201emahaj\u00e4\u00e4mine\u201c 10-15 minutit.<br>N\u00e4iteks kui veresuhkur t\u00f5useb kiiresti, siis selleks, et gl\u00fckoos j\u00f5uaks nahaalusesse koesse, kulub teatud aeg. Sama reegel kehtib ka veresuhkru languse korral. Antud olukorras tuleks raviotsused teha gl\u00fckomeetri n\u00e4idu j\u00e4rgi.<br>Parim aeg sensori ja gl\u00fckomeetri n\u00e4itude v\u00f5rdlemiseks on hommikul t\u00fchja k\u00f5huga.<br>Oluline on m\u00e4rkida, et kuigi gl\u00fckoosimonitooring on v\u00e4ga kasulik ja aitab paremini diabeediga toime tulla, on oluline arvesse v\u00f5tta ka teisi s\u00fcmptomeid ja veresuhkur t\u00f5useb v\u00f5i langeb kiiresti;<br>- v\u00e4ga k\u00f5rgete ja madalate veresuhkru v\u00e4\u00e4rtuste korral (&lt;2,2 mmol\/l v\u00f5i &gt;22 mmol\/l) ;<br>- juhul, kui sensori n\u00e4it ei vasta enesetundele;<br>- sensori<strong> <\/strong>kalibreerimiseks (m\u00f5ned sensorid vajavad 1-2 korda p\u00e4evas kalibreerimist ehk vastuv\u00f5tjasse tuleb sisestada gl\u00fckomeetriga m\u00f5\u00f5detud veresuhkrun\u00e4it);<br>- sensorit m\u00f5jutavate ravimite tarvitamise korral (nt suures koguses C-vitamiin, Paratsetamool)<\/p><\/div><\/div><div
