Selleks, et tarbida piisavalt vajalikke toitaineid, tuleb valida men\u00fc\u00fcsse toite ja toiduaineid erinevatest toidugruppidest, sest pole olemas toiduainet, mis kataks k\u00f5igi erinevate toitainete vajadused.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toit koosneb toitainetest, milleks on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>valgud (makrotoitained);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rasvad (makrotoitained);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u00fcsivesikud (makrotoitained);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vesi (makrotoitained);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vitamiinid (mikrotoitained);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mineraalained (mikrotoitained).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrotoitainete p\u00e4evane vajadus on mikro- v\u00f5i milligrammides, makrotoitainetel aga&nbsp; k\u00fcmnetes v\u00f5i sadades grammides. Probleeme (nt krooniliste haiguste arenemist) tekitab nii makrotoitainete kestev ala- ja \u00fcletarbimine kui ka nende kestev tasakaalustamata vahekord toidus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toiduenergiat annavad:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>s\u00fcsivesikud (4 kcal\/g, kiudained 2 kcal\/g),<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>rasvad (9 kcal\/g),<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>valgud (4 kcal\/g).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vesi, vitamiinid ja mineraalained energiat ei anna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nap\u00e4evaste toitumissoovituste kohaselt peab diabeeti p\u00f5deva inimese makrotoitainete p\u00e4evane jaotus olema j\u00e4rgmine:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u00fcsivesikuid 50-55-60 % (eelistada tuleks kiudainerikkaid s\u00fcsivesikuid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>valke 10-15-20 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rasvu 30-35-40 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"724\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/makrode-jaotus-Copy-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6459\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.4143576826196473;width:553px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/makrode-jaotus-Copy-1024x724.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/makrode-jaotus-Copy-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/makrode-jaotus-Copy-768x543.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.kliinikum.ee\/diabeet\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/makrode-jaotus-Copy.jpg 1123w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Diabeeti p\u00f5dev inimene peab arvestama toidu m\u00f5ju vere suhkrusisaldusele.
