Selleks, et teada, kui palju on tervislik p\u00e4eva jooksul toitu tarbida (sh ka diabeeti p\u00f5deval inimesel) ehk milline on p\u00e4evane energiavajadus, peab eelnevalt v\u00e4lja arvutama oma p\u00e4evase energiakulu. Eestis kasutatakse energeetilise v\u00e4\u00e4rtuse ja soovituste arvutamisel enamasti kilokaloreid. Diabeeti p\u00f5deva inimese liigse kehakaalu korral tuleb v\u00e4hendada toidu kalorsust. Kehakaalu v\u00e4henedes suureneb kudede insuliinitundlikkus. Selleks peab toiduga saadav energia olema kuni 500 kcal v\u00f5rra v\u00e4iksem kui elutegevuseks vajaminev energia. 500 kcal on suurim lubatud energiadefitsiit tervisliku kaalukaotuse puhul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energiavajaduse <a href=\"https:\/\/tap.nutridata.ee\/et\/kalkulaatorid?tab=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kalkulaator<\/a> kaalu s\u00e4ilitamiseks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e4evane energiakulu jaotatakse j\u00e4rgnevateks komponentideks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u00f5hiainevahetuse energiakulu (PAV) ehk puhkeoleku energiakulu ehk baasenergiakulu, mis on vajalik hingamiseks, s\u00fcdamet\u00f6\u00f6ks, kehatemperatuuri s\u00e4ilitamiseks ja teisteks eluvajalikeks funktsioonideks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toidu seedimise ja omastamise energiakulu on energia kogus, mis on vajalik toidu seedimiseks ja sellest toitainete omastamiseks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kehalise aktiivsusega seotud energiakulu (PAL) iseloomustab organismi kogu energiakulu \u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4evas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toiduga saadav energia peab katma individuaalsed energia kulutused, mis on koosk\u00f5las inimese kehakaalu, kehakoostise, kehalise aktiivsuse ja tervisega.
