After 72 hours, the rate is \u20ac1 per hour \/ \u20ac5 per 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Where to Validate:<\/strong> You can validate your ticket at the validation terminals located in the EMO, Children's EMO, Maternity Ward, Children's Clinic cloakroom, Children and Adolescents Development and Rehabilitation Centre, and the Neonatology, General Pediatrics, and Neurology departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important Rules for the Validation Ticket:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How to use:<\/strong> Insert the ticket into the validator <strong>only once<\/strong>, either upon arrival or departure. Validating it multiple times will damage the ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admission to hospital:<\/strong> If you are admitted to the hospital from the EMO and your car remains in the underground parking lot without the ticket being validated, you can validate your ticket before leaving the hospital at the M-block Children's Clinic cloakroom validator, and then take the elevator down to the parking lot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parking under 72 hours:<\/strong> Drive to the exit barrier and insert your validated ticket into the ticket machine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parking over 72 hours:<\/strong> To end your parking session, insert the ticket into the payment terminal and pay the remaining balance in cash or by bank card. You will have <strong>30 minutes<\/strong> to exit the parking lot after the payment is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lost or damaged ticket fee:<\/strong> \u20ac10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Stopping in front of the EMO entrance is permitted for <strong>up to 30 minutes only<\/strong> for picking up or dropping off patients. The area in front of the ambulance hall (marked with yellow \"EMO patsient\" signs) is subject to <strong>Parking Zone EP327<\/strong> regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TALLINN CENTRE INFORMATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tallinn Centre of the Men\u2019s Clinic of Tartu University Hospital is located in \u00dclemiste City, in the Von Baer Health Centre 2, at Sepapaja 12\/1, 6th floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to get here?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To reach the Men\u2019s Clinic Tallinn Centre, you can use public transport: buses 7, 15, 45, 49, 64, and 65. Get off at the Valukoja bus stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If arriving by train, get off at \u00dclemiste station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If arriving by car, you can park for free for 2 hours in the areas marked on the map by registering your vehicle at the parking machine located in the foyer of the Health Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check the map to see where the nearest bicycle parking areas are located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P\u00c4RNU CENTRE INFORMATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the P\u00e4rnu Health Centre, and parking is available in the car parks surrounding the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NARVA CENTRE INFORMATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The clinic is located in the Narva Estonian Language House, at <strong>Linda <\/strong>, 3rd floor, with <strong>entrance from Kerese Street<\/strong>.<br>At the entrance door, there is an <strong>intercom \u2014 please press 3 # to enter<\/strong>.<br>Free parking is available in the car park next to the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TARTU CENTRE INFORMATION: Paid parking applies to the areas surrounding the Clinic buildings at the following properties: L.
