Ret-Hb on v\u00e4henenud ka talasseemiate, heemi s\u00fcnteesi h\u00e4irete ning osade m\u00fcelod\u00fcsplastiliste s\u00fcndroomide korral. Retikulots\u00fc\u00fctide hemoglobiini saab kasutada ravi monitoorimiseks er\u00fctropoetiini (EPO) ja\/v\u00f5i intravenoossete raua preparaatidega.
