Biosaadavus suukaudsel manustamisel on 20\u201350%. Kontsentratsiooni maksimum veres saabub 1\u20132 tunniga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ts\u00fcklosporiin kontsentreerub p\u00f5hiliselt er\u00fctrots\u00fc\u00fctidesse, plasmas on ravim 90% ulatuses seotud valguga, eelk\u00f5ige lipoproteiinidega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ravim metaboliseerub paljudeks metaboliitideks, millest m\u00f5nel on n\u00f5rgad immunosupressiivsed omadused.
