Haiguse kliiniline pilt sarnaneb erlihhioosiga ning v\u00f5ib kulgeda v\u00e4ga erineva raskusastmega \u2013 as\u00fcmptomaatilisest nakatumisest v\u00f5i subkliinilistest n\u00e4htudest kuni \u00e4geda hospitaliseerimist vajava haigestumiseni. Raskemal haigestumisel v\u00f5ib avalduda gripisarnane s\u00fcmptomaatika, l\u00f6\u00f6ve v\u00f5i neuroloogilised n\u00e4hud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antikehad muutuvad m\u00e4\u00e4ratavaks 1\u20134 n\u00e4dala jooksul p\u00e4rast nakatumist. Antikehad ei pruugi veres p\u00fcsida \u00fcle aasta. Ainult IgG t\u00fc\u00fcpi antikehade leid on iseloomulik l\u00e4bip\u00f5etud infektsioonile. Kui positiivsed on ainult IgM t\u00fc\u00fcpi antikehad, siis tuleb IgG tekke kontrollimiseks ja diagnoosi kinnitamiseks v\u00f5tta kordusanal\u00fc\u00fcs 2\u20134 n\u00e4dala p\u00e4rast.
