Ferritiini on k\u00f5ige enam hepatots\u00fc\u00fctides ning maksa, p\u00f5rna ja luu\u00fcdi makrofaagides. Seda on samuti l\u00fcmfots\u00fc\u00fctides, fibroblastides ja k\u00fcpsevates er\u00fctroblastides. V\u00e4hesel m\u00e4\u00e4ral tsirkuleerib ferritiini veres ja kuna seerumi ferritiin p\u00e4rineb p\u00f5hiliselt rauadepoodest, siis on seerumi ferritiini v\u00e4\u00e4rtus rauadepoode t\u00e4itumuse \u00fcks adekvaatsemaid n\u00e4itajaid ega s\u00f5ltu transferriiniga seotud raua hulgast. Madal ferritiininivoo on alati seotud rauadepoode v\u00e4hesuse v\u00f5i puudumisega. Rauapuuduse korral langeb ferritiini tase v\u00e4ga varajases faasis enne aneemia kujunemist. Rauavarude seire krooniliste neeruhaiguste korral. Imikute, rasedate rauapuuduse s\u00f5eltestimine. Lisauuring hemokromatoosi diagnostikas ja ravi seires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferritiin on koos transferriini lahustuvate retseptoritega (Transf-sR) rauapuudusaneemia diagnoosimise valiktestiks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ferritiini kontsentratsiooni v\u00e4henemine<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferritiini kontsentratsioon seerumis v\u00e4heneb rauapuuduse prelatentses faasis, mille korral v\u00e4heneb raua hulk depoodes. Rauapuuduse s\u00fcvenedes ja rauapuudusliku er\u00fctropoeesi kujunedes lisandub madalale ferritiininivoole transferriini lahustuvate retseptorite taseme t\u00f5us (hemoglobiin on veel referentsvahemikus). Normaalsed ferritiini v\u00e4\u00e4rtused ei v\u00e4lista rauapuudust (ferritiin on \u00e4geda faasi valk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rauapuuduse peamised p\u00f5hjused on raua v\u00e4hesus toidus, krooniline verekaotus (meno- ja metrorraagia, verejooks gastrointestinaaltraktist), v\u00e4henenud imendumine, suurenenud tarbimine (rasedus, laktatsioon, kiire kasvuperiood).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ferritiini kontsentratsiooni suurenemine<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferritiini kontsentratsioon seerumis suureneb raualadestuse (hemosideroos, hemokromatoos) korral.
