Rauapuudusliku er\u00fctropoeesi diagnoosimine. Rauapuudusaneemia diferentsimine kroonilise haiguse puhusest v\u00f5i kombineeritud aneemiast. Er\u00fctropoetiinravi (EPO) efektiivsuse hindamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferritiini v\u00e4henenud ja hemoglobiini normaalse kontsentratsiooni korral peegeldab Transf-sR suurenenud kontsentratsioon areneva rauapuuduse II staadiumit \u2013 rauapuuduslikku er\u00fctropoeesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transf-sR on ainus raua ainevahetuse test, mis pole m\u00f5jutatud \u00e4geda faasi vastusest ja on suuteline eristama rauapuudusaneemiat kroonilise haiguse puhusest v\u00f5i kombineeritud aneemiast. Kontsentratsioon on normaalne kroonilise haiguse puhuse aneemia korral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transferriini lahustuvate retseptorite kontsentratsioon v\u00f5ib olla suurenenud ka hemol\u00fc\u00fctilise aneemia, pol\u00fcts\u00fcteemia, talasseemia, megaloblastilise aneemia ja m\u00fcelod\u00fcsplastilise s\u00fcndroomi korral ilma rauapuuduse esinemiseta. V\u00e4\u00e4rtused on v\u00e4henenud h\u00fcpoplastilise er\u00fctropoeesi (aplastiline aneemia) ja kroonilise neerupuudulikkuse korral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enne EPO-ravi alustamist on Transf-sR testi abil v\u00f5imalik ennustada piiratud rauavarude kiirest kasutuselev\u00f5tust tingitud funktsionaalse rauapuuduse teket. Madal Transf-sR kontsentratsioon koos referentsv\u00e4\u00e4rtuste \u00fclemisel piiril v\u00f5i suurenenud ferritiini v\u00e4\u00e4rtusega (n\u00e4itab er\u00fctropoeesi v\u00e4henenud aktiivsust adekvaatsete rauavarude olemasolul) viitab v\u00f5imalusele saavutada EPO-ga raviefekti. Suurenenud Transf-sR kontsentratsioon koos referentsv\u00e4\u00e4rtuse alumisel piiril v\u00f5i v\u00e4henenud ferritiini v\u00e4\u00e4rtusega ennustab t\u00f5en\u00e4olist vastuse puudumist EPO-le rauapuuduse esinemise t\u00f5ttu. Et saavutada hemoglobiini (Hb) taseme t\u00f5usu, tuleks sellisel juhul lisada ravi rauapreparaatidega.
