All services for planned treatment are chargeable to patients who are not insured by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund. Payment for the services must be made on site. Persons who are insured in European Union have additional options. For more information about entitlements and funding for planned treatment in your circumstances, please contact the relevant insurance organisation in your home country.
Booking an appointment
Please book a doctor’s appointment by calling +372 7319 100 (Mon-Fri 07.30-18.00).
Information required upon booking:
- patient´s full name
- patient´s identification code
- which medial specialist consultation is needed (e.g. urologist, oncologist, hematologist etc)
To the scheduled visit please bring data about previous medical procedures and ongoing treatment, passport or ID-card.
Payment for the services
When coming to the appointment, firstly visit the hospital (L.Puusepa street 8) registration desk where your arrival is registered and personal data is confirmed.
During the doctor´s appointment physician and the patient make an agreement about planned medical services and sign a contract of medical services. After the appointment the patient will make a payment in registration desk for the provided medical service in cash or with credit card. Payment for the additional medical procedures will be made according to the agreement.
At the request of the patient, physician composes a written statement of the provided diagnostic and treatment procedures.
