TARTU CENTRE INFORMATION:

Paid parking applies to the areas surrounding the Clinic buildings at the following properties: L. Puusepa 1a, 2, 6, 8; N. Lunini 6 and 14; Ravila 19; as well as the Maarjamõisa parking house and its immediate vicinity (N. Lunini 16 property).

Parking Zone EP326

• Location: Parking areas around the following buildings (marked in light blue on the map): L. Puusepa 1a, 2, 6; N. Lunini 6 and 14 (1/3 of the parking lot); Ravila 19.
• Paid Parking Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00.
• Free Parking: First 90 minutes free when using a parking clock to display the arrival time.
• Rates: €0.75 per 30 min | Daily rate €5 (between 08:00–18:00).
• Disabled Parking: Parking is free in any parking space for vehicles displaying a valid disabled person's or blind person's parking card.

Parking Zone EP327

• Location: Parking areas around the L. Puusepa 8 building and at the N. Lunini 14 property (2/3 of the parking lot), marked in red on the map.
• Paid Parking Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00.
• Free Parking: First 15 minutes free when using a parking clock to display the arrival time.
• Rates: €0.75 per 30 min | Daily rate €5 (between 08:00–18:00).
• Disabled Parking: Parking is free in any parking space for vehicles displaying a valid disabled person's or blind person's parking card.

Payment Methods for Zones EP326 and EP327

• Payment Machines (Prepayment): Payment at the terminal is made as a prepayment in cash or by bank card. The minimum billing increment is 30 minutes.
  • Parking machine locations: L. Puusepa 8 main entrance and Emergency Department (EMO) entrance, Ravila 19 parking lot, L. Puusepa 1a building lower entrance, L. Puusepa 2 side door.
• Mobile Parking (m-parking): Send an SMS to the short number 1902. Enter the vehicle registration number, a space, and the zone (e.g., 111ABC EP327 or 111ABC EP326). To end parking, call 1903. A service fee from your mobile operator will be added to the parking price.

Parking Zone EP201

• Location: Parking areas at the parking house and the N. Lunini 16 property, marked in dark blue on the map.
• Paid Parking Hours: 24/7 (around the clock). Payment must be started immediately after parking the vehicle.
• Rates: €1.15 per 30 min | €7 per 24 hours.

Payment Options

• Payment Machine: In cash or by bank card.
• Mobile Parking (m-parking): Send an SMS to the short number 1902 (message format: vehicle number [space] zone, e.g., 111ABC EP201). To end parking, call 1903. A service fee from your mobile operator will be added.
• Weekly Ticket: €18 for 1 week. Can be purchased from the payment machine or via the EuroPark website.
• Monthly Parking: A 1-month parking permit costs €44.72 through the EuroPark self-service portal (www.europark.ee). Alternatively, a monthly ticket costing €36.59 is available, which is valid only on the 4th, 4A, 5th, and 6th floors of the parking house.

Underground Parking Lot for the Emergency Department (EMO) and Children's Clinic

The underground parking lot is strictly designated for patients of:

• The Emergency Department (EMO) and Children's EMO
• The Maternity Ward (Department of Obstetrics)
• The Children and Adolescents Development and Rehabilitation Centre
• The Department of Neonatology
• The Acute Infections Department
• The Department of General Pediatrics and Neurology
• Location: Located on Floor 0 of Block M.
• Rates: Free for up to 72 hours with a ticket validated at the clinic. After 72 hours, the rate is €1 per hour / €5 per 24 hours.
• Where to Validate: You can validate your ticket at the validation terminals located in the EMO, Children's EMO, Maternity Ward, Children's Clinic cloakroom, Children and Adolescents Development and Rehabilitation Centre, and the Neonatology, General Pediatrics, and Neurology departments.

Important Rules for the Validation Ticket:

• How to use: Insert the ticket into the validator only once, either upon arrival or departure. Validating it multiple times will damage the ticket.
• Admission to hospital: If you are admitted to the hospital from the EMO and your car remains in the underground parking lot without the ticket being validated, you can validate your ticket before leaving the hospital at the M-block Children's Clinic cloakroom validator, and then take the elevator down to the parking lot.
• Parking under 72 hours: Drive to the exit barrier and insert your validated ticket into the ticket machine.
• Parking over 72 hours: To end your parking session, insert the ticket into the payment terminal and pay the remaining balance in cash or by bank card. You will have 30 minutes to exit the parking lot after the payment is completed.
• Lost or damaged ticket fee: €10.

Please note: Stopping in front of the EMO entrance is permitted for up to 30 minutes only for picking up or dropping off patients. The area in front of the ambulance hall (marked with yellow "EMO patsient" signs) is subject to Parking Zone EP327 regulations.

TALLINN CENTRE INFORMATION:

The Tallinn Centre of the Men’s Clinic of Tartu University Hospital is located in Ülemiste City, in the Von Baer Health Centre 2, at Sepapaja 12/1, 6th floor.

How to get here?

To reach the Men’s Clinic Tallinn Centre, you can use public transport: buses 7, 15, 45, 49, 64, and 65. Get off at the Valukoja bus stop.

If arriving by train, get off at Ülemiste station.

If arriving by car, you can park for free for 2 hours in the areas marked on the map by registering your vehicle at the parking machine located in the foyer of the Health Centre.

PÄRNU CENTRE INFORMATION:

The clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the Pärnu Health Centre, and parking is available in the car parks surrounding the centre.

NARVA CENTRE INFORMATION:

The clinic is located in the Narva Estonian Language House, at Linda , 3rd floor, with entrance from Kerese Street.
At the entrance door, there is an intercom — please press 3 # to enter.
Free parking is available in the car park next to the building.
