Summary of activities

Construction of Phase II includes the construction of three new buildings (J, K and L) between the G building built in the Phase I of the construction and the F building of the existing hospital:

• New radiation therapy centre with modern technology will be built at the new treatment complex, including the acquisition of two new generation linear accelerators, with a readiness for a total of four accelerators.
• Facilities of the Hematology-Oncology Clinic, the Internal Medicine Clinic, the Eye Clinic, and the Department of Cardiac Surgery will be consolidated and modernized.
• Foundations for the Endoscopy Centre, the Pathology Department, the United Laboratories and the Hospital Pharmacy will be established.
• Specialized outpatient medical care and the day care will be consolidated in the relevant specialty clinic in the new treatment facility.
