Your health data are available in the Health Portal. If the information you need is not available there, you may submit a data request to the hospital.

A request can be submitted for your own data or on behalf of another person. If you submit a request concerning another person, you must include a document proving the legal basis for doing so.

You can submit a data request:

• by digitally signed email to kliinikum@kliinikum.ee
• in person at the hospital administration office (Kantselei), L. Puusepa 8, room E-111, upon presentation of an identity document.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within one month from receiving the request.

For radiological imaging requests, please specify:

• the type of examination requested,
• the date of the examination,
• the preferred method of delivery (download link or USB drive).

The provision of radiological imaging is a paid service.
